FitBack & Bumps is an exciting Antenatal and Postnatal Educational Exercise Programme. Our unique programmes have been developed, and are run by Chartered Physiotherapists who have recieved specialist training in the area of Womens Health Physiotherapy.

Exercise during pregnancy and in the months after having a baby has always been a bit of a grey area. As a result, only 15% of women exercise to recommended levels mainly due to their lack of knowledge on what is safe to do. Exercising during and after pregnancy has so many benefits both for mother and baby and our programmes will teach you all you need to know.

Our expertise in antenatal and postnatal well being means you’ll learn everything about the exercises you’ll be performing, including how and why, which muscles are important to exercise and the effect that pregnancy has on your body.  Our exercises have been designed to help reduce those aches and pains associated with pregnancy and to facilitate a smoother delivery and postnatal recovery!

All of our instructors are Chartered Physiotherapists so you are in safe hands during this crucial time.

The FitBack & Bumps flexible delivery model means that our programmes can be run in a small class setting or on a one to one basis.

We’ve also developed a “Knowledge Centre” to give you all the very best health and exercise advice for mums and mums to be.  This part of the site is regularly updated with fresh content on topics ranging from antenatal and postnatal health, nutrition, top tips and a whole host of other interesting info!
