The programme spans over 4 distinct sessions, each building on the skills and exercises in the previous one. The focus is on the core muscles of the stomach, back and pelvis, which helps with the following:

  • Improved posture during and after pregnancy.
  • Reduction in pre and post pregnancy conditions such as stress incontinence and pelvic girdle pain.
