Jonathan Daniel (Director) BA(Hons), BSc(Hons), MCSP HPC

Jonathan is a Chartered Physiotherapist and Director of FitBack & Bumps Ltd. After completing a degree in Human Movement Studies in Cardiff in 1995 he went on to study Physiotherapy and graduated in 1999.

Having gained invaluable experience in the NHS he moved into private practice and has been privileged to have worked with some of the UK's most experienced Physiotherapists. Jonathan has also worked within professional sport with a particular interest in rugby union.

He established FitBack in 2007 setting up a Specialised Occupational Physiotherapy Service for businesses across the UK. FitBack is rapidly gaining a reputation as one of the leading providers of Health & Wellbeing initiatives and specialised physiotherapy services to businesses.

Throughout his career, Jonathan has treated many women for musculoskeletal problems associated with pregnancy. He saw the need for an educational exercises programme to reduce the incidence of back pain and other problems associated with pregnancy and FitBack & Bumps was born!

FitBack & Bumps Classes are now being successfully run by Physiotherapists across the UK.

Jean Talbot (Business Development Manager) BA Management  (1st Class Honours)

Jean has an impressive background of almost 20 years in business, having worked for a number of international companies including the European Commission in Brussels, Kingston Communications in Hull, and Eircom - Ireland's national telecoms carrier - in Dublin. She has a variety of experience in different management disciplines - business improvement, project management, quality management and cost control - and held responsibility for managing substantial IT budgets and supplier contracts in her previous role as Head of Commercial Management for KCOM in Hull.

Despite her experience, in 2007, Jean decided to leave the rat-race of the corporate world to concentrate on the more important things in life. Having produced two beautiful daughters and suffering from back and shoulder pain as a consequence, she sought the advice of Jonathan at FitBack. It was during these treatment sessions that Jean was cajoled into taking on the role as Business Development Manager for FitBack & Bumps. She hasn't looked back and has no regrets …or so she says!
